Madlen Fox started painting in 2019 as a self-taught artist. In the same year, she began studying drawing courses at the St. Petersburg Ilya Repin Academy of Arts, where she studied academic drawing and painting in the art workshops of the Academy's leading teachers.

Since 2020, she has started taking part in various art exhibitions and projects. Madlen's paintings are in private collections in Russia, Sweden, Greece and the USA.
Three of her works were included in the catalog "ART ANTHOLOGY III" (Madrid, Spain), 2021.
In 2022, she received the Talent Award in the Figurative Painting category at the ART SHOW INTERNATIONAL GALLERY, Los Angeles, California.
Since 2022, she has been a member of the Professional Union of Artists of Russia with entry into the "Unified Register of Professional Artists of the Russian Empire, the USSR, the "Russian Abroad", the Russian Federation and the republics of the former Soviet Union (XVIII–XXI centuries)".
Laureate of the International Art Excellence Awards Competition (XVI season 2023). Silver medal for the painting "With a taste of loneliness".

Visual expression of feelings, thoughts and emotions is one of the directions in my work.
I like to dive into a topic and explore it using different styles and directions.
My work is my personal story, which is built on an emotional background.
